we loved our stay!   condo was super clean and exactly what we were looking for.   Great location and super close to the beach!  Dan was great and responded quickly to any questions.   thank you for a great spot to stay!

We had a great stay as a family of four in Dan's condo. First,  communication with Dan was excellent. He is proactive and the info he provided was very comprehensive. The condo was very clean, uncluttered, and even brighter than the photos. Beds and linens were very comfortable and we appreciated the full sized washer and dryer. We also loved having access to a beach wagon, chairs, pool noodles, and beach toys. Our favorite part was being just a very short walk from the beach and being able to easily go back and forth to the unit if needed. Great location on AMI to reach the north and south ends. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

A great place to stay on AMI! Exactly as described and accurate photos. Beach is across the street from<br/>complex.  The condo has everything you would need for the beach ( chairs, toys, wagon etc) and has a fully stocked kitchen.  Dan is very helpful and communicative.  Would definitely stay again!

Our condo was perfectly located for beach walks every morning, putt-putt playing in the afternoons, and wonderful dinner options (within walking distance) most evenings. Dan was very communicative and gave several great recommendations. While in the condo, we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay away from home experience.

We felt right at home and were pleased with all the amenities that were provided. Extremely helpful when you fly in versus driving to bring your own amenities. The coffee pot did not work on the first morning. We texted Dan, and within a short time, we had a workable coffee pot! We appreciate the location to the beach, the location to eating establishments, and the amenities. Thank you, Dan, for a great 11 days at Runaway Bay Condo!

Dan’s condo was exactly as described. This was our first time on the island and it did not disappoint.  Although the clubhouse is still under renovation, the pool area was great!  Location to the beach was very convenient. The condo is adorable and was extremely clean. Bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay again!!

Where to even begin? First of all the host, super responsive when I had questions, knowledgeable about the area, and proactively engaging without being bothersome. The location on Ani Maria was perfect for visiting the north or south ends of the island, the gulf side or the bay side. The condo itself was spacious and bright and that had considered so many small touches which was very helpful considering I was staying for an extended period of time. The kitchen was great for preparing my own meals. I plan to be back on the island again soon and will definitely choose Dan’s Condos again. Overall great experience!

Our stay was perfect. The condo was clean, spacious, exactly as pictured and well equipped with supplies for inside the condo and the beach (wagon, towels, chairs, coolers, etc.).  The location was another positive for us as it is conveniently located by the pool and a short walk to the beach.  A few first floor units are still undergoing some renovations but we did not notice any noise.  The complex is also lovely, and everyone was very friendly.  Dan is fantastic at proactively communicating all information and readily accessible if needed. You can tell he is dedicated to making your stay comfortable and enjoyable. We loved staying here and would highly recommend!
