The 4 of us have been on many vacations together, but this is the first time we decided to do a "beach" destination.  We cannot say enough good things about all of the beach amenities provided by Dan at the condo, exclusively for our use.  He thought of everything, making the value of our stay even more so because we didn't have to buy extras just to enjoy the beach.  We spent every day at the beach, and did so comfortably.  And, the location of our condo relative to the private beach access was a very short walk, easy, and convenient.  Dan was proactive with the information we needed for check-in and check-out, plus, if we did have a question, we received an answer quickly.  A vacationer could not ask for more when it comes to this host.

It was our first time to the island, and this condo was a great home base for spring break! The rental is newly updated and spotless, and the location was perfect — just across the street from the beach. We made good use of the pickleball courts, the grill, and the condo’s collection of beach chairs and  beach gear. Dan was extremely communicative, providing quick recommendations for bike rentals and restaurants and even texting us to let us know the condo was ready a few hours early if we wanted to take advantage of an early check-in. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay! The place had absolutely everything we needed and was perfect for traveling with our four-year-old and 6month old. There were plenty of beach toys, which made the beach days so easy and fun. The beach itself is only about a five-minute walk and very easy to get to, and having the wagon available to carry everything was such a thoughtful touch. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, which was great for us since we have a picky eater and cooked many of our meals. It had all the tools we needed to make great meals. There are also some excellent restaurants very close by. The unit was super clean with really cute decor, and the heated pool was amazing as well. We truly had a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back!

This condo is everything you need for a stress free, relaxing getaway! Our host, Dan, was extremely attentive to detail and prompt with replies. The condo was clean and clutter free so it was easy to unpack and feel at home right away. The beds were comfortable and the couch big enough for our whole family to lounge on in the evenings. This condo is a 2 minute walk to the beach. There is a pedestrian cross walk where you cross the road for safety. The beach is private and never over crowded. The water was shallow enough for our children to swim safely on their own. The pool is the next best thing. It is literally steps from the back door of the condo. A great size for kids to swim in and lots of loungers to lay on. There were multiple delicious restaurants within walking distance and everything else was a short free Trolley ride away! The Trolley stop was directly infront of Condominium Complex. We will definitely be returning!

Amazing stay. The place was exactly as described and even better in person. Everything was clean, comfortable, and easy. The location was my favorite part. It’s one of the best spots we’ve stayed in Florida so far. We will definitely be back.
