Pasamos unos días muy cómodos en el apartamento. El equipamiento es muy completo y todo funciona a la perfección. Se nota que está muy cuidado. Hemos dejado una pelota de fútbol para completar el kit de playa. Saludos!

The best thing about this condo, and more specifically, Dan was that he did everything he could to find a place that would fit our needs.  My family had originally chosen his second floor condo at Runaway Bay but I was afraid that there were too many steps for my parents.  I questioned him to see if there was another place and he immediately came back with Dolphin Bay.  It was fantastic - clean, beautifully decorated, and the view of the bay was great.  Dan saw me at the complex one afternoon, introduced himself and made sure that there was nothing that I needed.  He was responsive and positive each time we spoke.

Immaculate condo in a great location. The condo was everything that was advertised and more.

Dan was curious and professional.  The location was perfect for what we wanted.  Beach is beautiful and restaurants were walkable and great.  Hope to come again soon.

We booked this place on short notice and it did not disappoint!!! The condo was just as described and was one of the most well stocked Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed in. They truly thought of every necessity you need while on vacation. Extra outlets and USB chargers everywhere. A box fan, 3 hair dryers, extra blankets and beach towels. Very well stocked kitchen including ziplock bags, aluminum foil, seasonings and things like that. The best part was the beach closet with 5 chairs, beach wagon, floaties, toys, coolers and more. Dan was also the best host and his communication and helpfulness is top notch. Highly recommend this condo and would stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Dan’s place. You know it’s a great trip when you’re already checking the calendar to see when you can book again. The condo was comfortable, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. Waking up to that gorgeous bay view from the primary suite every morning was such a treat. We also appreciated that all the beach gear was provided. We brought our inflatable paddle boards and had the best time launching right into the bay just steps from the condo — we even had dolphins swimming around us while we were out. Truly unforgettable. The location couldn’t have been better. It’s close to the beach and walkable to absolutely everything. Plus, the free trolley that runs the length of the island has a stop directly in front of the condo entrance, which made exploring the island extra adventurous. My only complaint is that we didn’t stay longer. Truly a family vacation for the books. We will definitely be booking again!

We enjoyed a great week at the condo, the water views and walk out to the fishing dock were fantastic! Furnishings are modern and beautiful, kitchen had everythign you could possibly need. Dan as a host was very communicative and when we had a minor issue, he responded immediately and sent someone over to take care of it. Nice quiet and peaceful space and quick walk to the beach. We will be back!

We loved the condo at Runaway Bay.  We had the gulf view feet away from the balcony and enjoyed some of the most beautiful sunrises right from the balcony. The beach was very nice, not crowded and only a 5 minute walk from the condo. The unit was clean, nicely decorated and the host was very responsive and easy to talk to. We will surely consider staying in the same place.

Everything was extremely nice, beautiful, and clean. We just wished the pool had a bigger kiddie side. it goes from 3+/- feet to 5 feet quickly. This is out of Dan's control but would have been nice to have known. We would stay again for sure. They have everything you needed provided. There is no need to do anything except pack your clothes and go to the grocery store to stock the fridge. Literally everything else is provided. Thanks again for everything!
