We understand that while our second-story units boast breathtaking views and less foot noise from above, some guests may have limitations or simply prefer the convenience of ground floor accommodations while on vacation.

That’s why we’re excited to introduce two brand new ground floor units to our selection! Available for booking starting April 2024 and beyond, these units offer all the comfort, convenience, and luxury you’ve come to expect from Dan’s Florida Condos, with the added benefit of easy ground-level access.

Dan’s Florida Condos are located in the Runaway Bay Community directly across the street from the Gulf of Mexico, with private beach access and boasts the largest heated salt water pool on the island!
