In 2024, Dans Florida Condos (Anna Maria Island, FL) and Well & Good Professional Services formed a dynamic partnership aimed at elevating vacation rental service standards for the expanding portfolio of Dans Florida Condos. With both organizations solidifying their presence in Sarasota and Anna Maria Island, the collaboration brought shifts in resources, operations, and day-to-day procedures as the two teams worked to integrate seamlessly.

However, the year also brought unforeseen challenges. The Anna Maria Island area was struck by two catastrophic hurricanes, Helene and Milton, testing the resilience and dedication of both organizations. Despite the chaos and damage left in the storms’ wake, one constant remained: the unwavering leadership and commitment of Danny Bliss, Well & Good’s local inspection leader, and Dan O’Connor, the founder and owner of Dans Florida Condos.

Danny’s efforts went beyond routine service excellence. He played a critical role in helping the properties recover and operate smoothly, even during the most desperate hours following the hurricanes. His dedication ensured the delivery of five-star guest readiness despite the region’s adversity, earning the appreciation and gratitude of both Dans Florida Condos and their guests.

Recently, Danny and Dan met in Anna Maria Island to enjoy some famed “Wicked Cantina” tacos and reflect on the year that was. Their discussion highlighted not only the challenges, but the operational victories and community resilience that fueled each step.
