Fantastic stay. Perfect for a home from home family holiday. Everything we needed was provided, together with additional and thoughtful touches to make our stay comfortable and easy. Extremely well equipped kitchen.
Loads of towels, including beach towels and all the beach equipment you need. I highly recommend and I hope to be returning again with family in the future.

Delighted with Dan's service—he was always attentive. 100% recommended if you're looking for a getaway to Anna Maria Island. We will definitely return to this pleasant little apartment; it’s just steps from the beach with lovely views, and best of all, it offers the tranquility many of us seek when escaping the noise of the city.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Runaway Bay . It was clean and had everything we needed for the beach in the balcony closet. The beds were super comfortable with fresh linens. The bathrooms were stocked with fresh towels and wash clothes. We will be sure to do business with Dan the host in the future. Thanks again .

One of the best units we’ve stayed in in all of Florida. Everything you needed was in the kitchen or one of the closets. They even added an ironing board promptly when we asked. The location is less than 10 minutes from the beach, and several good restaurants close by. Great TV set up with lots of options. We loved this place and plan to return.

This was our second year at AMI but our first year with Dan! We would absolutely recommend this unit to family and friends. The condo is set in a great location; easy walk to the bay, the beach, Bridge Street, and/or the community pool. The condo had everything we needed for the week as far as cooking supplies, bath towels, beach towels, sand toys, and more. The beach equipment itself was starting to rust and difficult to use, but was still nice to have access to! Dan was very friendly and responded promptly to any questions or concerns we had. A huge bonus was having a custom entry code, making it easy to remember; nothing worse than having to find a code in a email, with your hands full at the door. We appreciate all of the small things Dan thought of to make our stay more enjoyable.
