Whether you’re floating under the palms, soaking up the Florida sun, or gathering with friends on the pool deck, this is once again the heart of Runaway Bay.
Looking for a quieter place to unwind? “The Patio” remains a guest favorite, featuring comfortable seating, shaded umbrellas, and a Weber grill for easy island cookouts. Perfect for lazy afternoons or sunset cocktails with a Gulf breeze. 🌞🍹

Dan was extremely great at communicating with us ! And very quick to respond. We loved the small patio in back, the easy walk to the beach and the pool, and it’s on the first floor. We definitely would come back to Runaway Bay! Tatyana

We had a great stay as a family of four in Dan's condo. First, communication with Dan was excellent. He is proactive and the info he provided was very comprehensive. The condo was very clean, uncluttered, and even brighter than the photos. Beds and linens were very comfortable and we appreciated the full sized washer and dryer. We also loved having access to a beach wagon, chairs, pool noodles, and beach toys. Our favorite part was being just a very short walk from the beach and being able to easily go back and forth to the unit if needed. Great location on AMI to reach the north and south ends. Would not hesitate to stay here again!
