The crown jewel of the community is officially back and better than ever. Our beautifully refreshed, heated saltwater pool is fully open and ready to enjoy. Whether you’re floating under the palms, soaking up the Florida sun, or gathering with friends on the pool deck, this is once again the heart of Runaway Bay.
Looking for a quieter place to unwind? “The Patio” remains a guest favorite, featuring comfortable seating, shaded umbrellas, and a Weber grill for easy island cookouts. Perfect for lazy afternoons or sunset cocktails with a Gulf breeze. 🌞🍹

A great place to stay on AMI! Exactly as described and accurate photos. Beach is across the street from<br/>complex. The condo has everything you would need for the beach ( chairs, toys, wagon etc) and has a fully stocked kitchen. Dan is very helpful and communicative. Would definitely stay again! Highly recommended! Our stay was wonderful and everything that we needed was supplied. Dan let us know early of an issue with the stove and continued to be very helpful throughout our stay. We are sold on Dan's condos and will continue to book his sites specifically. 😀 This condo was very spacious and comfortable. It was close to multiple beaches and shops and restaurants perfect fit
Our stay at Dan's 2 bedroom condo/Anna Maria Island was great. I have been coming to AMI since the 80's and have stayed at Runaway Bay a handful of times but this was the first time staying at Dan's condo. My family and I loved it. The condo was clean, comfortable and cozy. It had everything we needed for our family and more (lots of beach supplies).
Dan is a wonderful host and great communicator.
This would definitely be a five star rating based on his condo..but we were a little disappointed with pool closing at 8pm. In the past it has been open later and kids always enjoyed swimming in the eve. Us adults enjoyed gathering by the pool at night and relaxing...this wasn't the case this year which was kind of a bummer but we it didn't ruin our stay and we just spent more time on the beach.
AMI is a beautiful island...which one day we hope to be residents of..we will definitely be back and would absolutely recommend Dan's condo if you come to visit here too!
