The crown jewel of the community is officially back and better than ever. Our beautifully refreshed, heated saltwater pool is fully open and ready to enjoy. Whether you’re floating under the palms, soaking up the Florida sun, or gathering with friends on the pool deck, this is once again the heart of Runaway Bay.
Looking for a quieter place to unwind? “The Patio” remains a guest favorite, featuring comfortable seating, shaded umbrellas, and a Weber grill for easy island cookouts. Perfect for lazy afternoons or sunset cocktails with a Gulf breeze. 🌞🍹

We felt right at home and were pleased with all the amenities that were provided. Extremely helpful when you fly in versus driving to bring your own amenities. The coffee pot did not work on the first morning. We texted Dan, and within a short time, we had a workable coffee pot! We appreciate the location to the beach, the location to eating establishments, and the amenities. Thank you, Dan, for a great 11 days at Runaway Bay Condo! Dan’s condo was exactly as described. This was our first time on the island and it did not disappoint. Although the clubhouse is still under renovation, the pool area was great! Location to the beach was very convenient. The condo is adorable and was extremely clean. Bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay again!! Where to even begin? First of all the host, super responsive when I had questions, knowledgeable about the area, and proactively engaging without being bothersome. The location on Ani Maria was perfect for visiting the north or south ends of the island, the gulf side or the bay side. The condo itself was spacious and bright and that had considered so many small touches which was very helpful considering I was staying for an extended period of time. The kitchen was great for preparing my own meals. I plan to be back on the island again soon and will definitely choose Dan’s Condos again. Overall great experience! Michele

Dan was extremely helpful in our whole process of our stay. Very informative everyday before arriving with information. He made everything so easy for us. Extremely informative on local restaurants and things to do when I asked. Dan was a true gem. Very nice condo and beautiful area. We cannot wait to come back. I highly recommend staying at Dan's Florida Condos. You will not be disappointed.
