I'm very happy with the place the surrounding. It was great location, all you had to do is cross the street and the beach was there. The beach was c l clean. Dan had all the beach stuff that I was looking for that's a plus for me. Even inside I was happy to have a washer and dryer.

Dans Florida Condo’s was a great place to stay due to how easy it was to find on maps, the location, and the amenities. Although I would say that the condo we stayed inn needs TLC. The pull out mattress needs replacing as you can feel the springs from the mattress when laying on it and the part in which the mattress gets stored in is dirty with some sort of black specs in it. Upon arrival we noticed a mildew smell, the floors hadn’t been swept and some of the dishes were left dirty with food residue on them. Also the blinds to the window on the front door were not in working condition, the decor(tv stand) was broken. I did notify Dan and he responded quickly but the repairs were never done.

The condo looks just as described and shown in pictures. The location is very central to Publix, restaurants and beach/souvenir shops on the island, and the private beach access across the street was fantastic!!! Dan was very quick to respond to all communication. We had a couple minor concerns, and Dan was very responsive and accommodating!! I would highly recommend staying at Dan’s condos!!

We felt right at home and were pleased with all the amenities that were provided. Extremely helpful when you fly in versus driving to bring your own amenities. The coffee pot did not work on the first morning. We texted Dan, and within a short time, we had a workable coffee pot! We appreciate the location to the beach, the location to eating establishments, and the amenities. Thank you, Dan, for a great 11 days at Runaway Bay Condo!

Dan’s condo was exactly as described. This was our first time on the island and it did not disappoint. Although the clubhouse is still under renovation, the pool area was great! Location to the beach was very convenient. The condo is adorable and was extremely clean. Bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay again!!
